Project SOW Details
Survey Purpose/Critical Information
Purpose of Survey: SBUX remodel survey; Interbrand will use FSU field information to create construction drawings.
Additionally, FSU surveyors should complete the surveyor field report (SSR), which includes questions about:
-signage
-parking and landscaping
-recycling, dumpsters
-paths of travel
-utilities (what's visible or info available from site contact) for water, gas, electrical, sanitary sewer
-Fire hydrants, sprinklers, alarms
-HVAC and mechanical equipment
-building construction, finishes and conditions
-site contact questions

Critical Survey Information: Red-Line existing drawings. Cross out in red things that do not exist on provided drawings, put a check mark on elements that exist on site to show they've been identified and their location matches the drawings, draw in with dimensions items that aren't on existing drawings:

Red lined drawings provided by Interbrand Design Forum.
SSR report -
-Note the SSR is color coordinated based on responsibility for team members. Surveyors are responsible for all YELLOW highlighted information. The SSR document must be filled out in its entirety. If questions pertain to existing elements within the store then the surveyor must note that those elements are existing. No fields in the SSR are to be left blank. Any fields left blank will result in a deduction from the surveyor fee. If an answer is unable to be provided, a reason why must be filled into the appropriate field.
Photo Key
Only a 360 Photo Key is needed for this project. No standard photo key is needed for this project.

Site Access Hours: Access can be obtained as long as the store is open.
Site Access Notes: There are no restrictions to site access based on time. It is highly encouraged from the client that surveyors avoid peak periods when possible. Peak periods are defined as the busiest times for that store. Surveyors are to call the store in advance and communicate with the Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, and/or Shift Supervisor that they will be conducting a survey for a renovation of the store. Surveyors are required to gather the name of the employee that they have spoken with in case there are any access issues on the day of survey. Surveyors are representatives of Interbrand Design Forum for this survey and must say so when scheduling their survey with the store.

Can I annotate fields to indicate their intended use?

Yes. You can provide "Help" to your users for any field:

1. On any page in your application, click "Customize" then "Fields". If it is a multi-table application, select the table.

2. Click the "Edit" button next to the field for which you want to add an annotation.

3. In the "Help" text input box, enter text that will assist your users, and click "Save".

Your text will appear when the user hovers over or clicks on the question mark icon next to that field on the Add Record and Edit Record pages.

    When you bring additional fields into a conversion, Quickbase often finds inconsistencies. For example, say you're converting your Companies column into its own table. One company, Acme Corporation, has offices in New York, Dallas and Portland. So, when you add the City column to the conversion, Quickbase finds three different locations for Acme. A single value in the column you're converting can only match one value in any additional field. Quickbase needs you to clean up the extra cities before it can create your new table. To do so, you have one of two choices:

    • If you want to create three separate Acme records (Acme-New York, Acme-Dallas and Acme-Portland) click the Conform link at the top of the column.
    • If the dissimilar entries are mistakes (say Acme only has one office in New York and the other locations are data-entry errors) go back into your table and correct the inconsistencies—in this case, changing all locations to New York. Then try the conversion again.
